COST EFFECTIVENESS-Assumptions:

Current cost of steel as Rs. 40,000/- per MT.

Cutting & Bending charges in case of manual work is same as that of what we charge for this facility.

Wastage per tonne is assumed to be 6% and its scrap value is estimated @ Rs.2000 per tonne.

Out of the total waste only end cuts, rejections are recoverable @ 3%. Remaining 3% accounts for overlapping, theft etc.
