Inspection & Testing Facilities
RKKR Steels Ltd. has a well equipped laboratory with testing machines like UTM for measuring strength of steel bars and a physical lab under a well qualified chemist. Inspection is started from the raw material stage and continued till the preparation of test certificates for weight, strength and labeling of the products to conform to BIS Standards. To ensure international quality norms for Thermex bars in India, an independent laboratory has been assigned the task of periodically inspecting the quality of QST rebars made by each Thermex Licensee in the secondary sector.
Product Test Methodology
RKKR Steels Ltd. is a ISI License Holder, CM/L 6607674 as per IS 1786 : 1985 for high strength deformed steel bars for concrete reinforcement of nominal sizes 8 mm to 32 mm, Fe 415 and Fe 500 grade.
