Established more than five decades ago, we are one of the oldest and largest steel manufactures in the region. Since RKKR’s inception, we have been defined by two characteristics; emphasis on quality and continuous search for improvement.
Our restless quest for improvement has led our pioneering production team to be amongst the first to adopt the technology of Tor-Steel from Tor Istag Steel Corp., Luxembourg and most recently to introduce for the first time in Tamil Nadu, State-of-the-art Thermex technology from HSE, Germany.
RKKR Group is also setting up a 500,000 TPA integrated steel plant on 500 acres of land located 140km North of Chennai in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The unit will produce special and alloy steels to cater to the growing automobile sector in and around Chennai.
In addition, RKKR has a control on the quality of raw materials as we produce them in house at our mini steel plant.
